Dylan Balle - Owner of Web Works

Dylan is the founder and owner of Web Works. Since 2003, he has worked with local businesses to help grow and maintain a web presence for them. This experience has made him a "jack of all trades" when it comes to managing both the technical and creative sides of websites. His strongest skills are communicating with his clients and managing each project from start to finish.

Most of all, Dylan loves what he does, and it's readily apparent. You will always find him with a positive attitude, which, in turn, creates both a positive atmosphere and experience for everybody who comes in contact with Web Works.

Outside of the office, Dylan enjoys tennis, working out, traveling, and remodeling. He is also a faithful Cleveland Browns fan.


Brie Rapp - Lead Designer

Brie, originally from Pemberville, Ohio, earned her degree in design at the School of Advertising Art in Dayton. She combines her love of both simplicity and attention to detail to create the most effective, goal-oriented design/marketing solutions possible.

She enjoys being part of Web Works because of the valuable experience with clients, direct problem solving collaborations, and being able to pursue her passion in creating successful graphic and website designs.

Aside from design, Brie spends most of her time with family, being active, and traveling.

Liana Carr - Lead Marketing Strategist

Liana graduated from the University of Toledo. Originally from Weston, Ohio. She has a background in Criminal Justice but life experiences put her in a marketing path.

She enjoys working with local clients and helping them grow their business.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, bicycling and loves the beach.


John Rózsa - Programming Support Specialist

John is a Technology Studies Master’s Degree student at Eastern Michigan University, and he has a bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, and an associate’s degree in Computer Science. John joined the Web Works team in 2012, and throughout the years, John has continued to expand upon his broad range of IT skills.

John is our lead programmer, our web server administrator, and he a rising star in the field of Internet Marketing. In his free time, John enjoys spending time at the beach, spending time with friends, and building various types of DIY electronics projects.


Anthony Melone - Search Marketing Intern

Anthony is a Senior at Bowling Green State University studying Visual Communication Technology with a specialization in Interactive Media. He is also in the Honors College at BGSU and serves on the executive board of his major’s student organization, VCTO. Dayton, Ohio is the place he calls home, but has dreams of moving to a big city, like New York City, one day.

Being a part of the Web Works team has been an immensely valuable experience. Before working here, he set out to simply build websites and make unique interactive experiences, but Web Works has shown him that there’s a lot more to it than just building websites. Along with this new knowledge of search marketing, Anthony has gotten hands-on time in the trenches learning about multiple Google tools while also designing websites and creating content for those websites.

Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course, jamming to Billy Joel, or reading up on the latest news in the automobile industry.


Khadirah Hobbs - Search Marketing Intern

Khadirah is a Junior at Bowling Green State University studying Visual Communication Technology with a specialization in Interactive Media and a minor in Marketing. She has worked at corporations like New Balance in St. Louis doing web development and graphic design for over 2 years to date.

Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, she discovered her love and amazing skill for Search Marketing while working at Web Works. She enjoys every client and has gained tons of insight on running a Search Marketing company and wants to make a career out of it once she graduates college. She would like to work outside of Toledo for awhile to gain experience, but eventually wants to return and help the city she knows and loves the most.

When she's not in school, Khadirah likes to keep up with the latest Start-Up and entrepreneurial/business news as well as watching shows like Shark Tank, The Profit, and listening to podcasts.
